Kiyoto Tsuji

State Minister for Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan

Mr. Kiyoto Tsuji is the State Minister for Foreign Affairs with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan. He is a member of the Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) and has been elected four times as a member of the House of Representatives in Tokyo’s 2nd Electoral District.


He has also served as Parliamentary Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs, and, Campaign Director, Deputy Secretary-General and Deputy Chairperson for the Diet Affairs Committee of the Liberal Democratic Party. 


Tsuji was born in Tokyo. He holds a BA in Economics from Kyoto University and a MIA in International Affairs from the School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) at Columbia University.

外務副大臣辻󠄀清人氏は、自由民主党所属の衆議院議員(東京都第2区より当選4回)。

外務大臣政務官、自由民主党遊説局長、自由民主党副幹事長、自由民主党国会対策副委員長などを歴任。

東京都出身。京都大学経済学部卒業、米国コロンビア大学国際行政大学院(SIPA)修了。
